January 9, 2012. I went to Noida Extension again. I took the Chhajarsi Road to reach the Express Way and from there left to Noida Extension. As I reached there, I noticed some great changes which are not only positive but also very nice news to the persons who have properties booked in that part. I present this piece with latest photos. I leave it up to you to judge the actual condition. This should help you in finding out the latest happenings there. Also, for the NRI people and families who are not living in India but have booked the flats in Noida Extension, this would give them sense of relief that their booked flat may be delivered to them now by the respective builders.
So, We begin, this latest photo journey to Noida Extension from Chhajarasi Cut. (DOUBLE CLICK ON THE PHOTO TO SEE THEM IN FULL)
This photos was taken from the Chajarasi Cut which joins just before Hindon Bridge. As you can see the trucks and banner-boards. Noida Extension looked better than before from here. I did not hope that it would be like this as I embarked on this excursion. Yes, I live quite away from this place. I drove my bike and stopped on the way to click the photos. I barely knew it would take me 2 hours to finish the tour of the place. Keep Reading Ahead, there is good news to all who have interest in Noida Extension.
Finally, I am on Express Way now. There is something peculiar which caught my attention. Double click on above photo to notice the Eagles or vultures on each of the poles there. In straight direction, Noida exists.

The fencing on right side is new. It did not exist earlier. The poles on left side are also new. The malva or malba is still there. It was there last time too. The fencing covers very big width of the road covered. Perhaps that is for the future expension. At this point, I noticed the positive change.
Authorities are making the service roads as well. You can see on the left side the JCB machine working on that stretch. The straight road leads us to Chowk.
The same image as above, it covers more of right side view. The notation is same. Don’t get bored, this is the only repeated image.
The empty frames of the boards are gone now. The builders are returning to the place now. The booking agents have begin to operate again. It is sigh of relief to see all this in good shape again. It must make you happy that your investment looks good again.
As I move closer to the stall of the agents. You can see the vegetable seller along the huts of agents who are offering the bookings again. Yes, the second phase booking has begun in most of the properties. I met with the guys there who told me that around 400 Rupees have been added to each rate of sqft so that farmers could be paid.
The boards like this are common and It was over my head. The builders have come back with great schemes again. By now, you must be convinced that things are pretty ok there in Noida Extension. I have more images. Please keep reading.
This is the square or Chowk Area in Noida Extnsion. It comes soon after the Bridge of Hindon. There are more agents with their make shift shops. The place looks greener and better. The roads have been repaired and you feel good when you get there.
The covered statues in the mid of the park. On the right of the square, the road leads to Noida. The buyers are also coming to the place. The project is again in focus but for right reasons this time.
I leave the square and move to road to Crossings. The small time things sellers also have come back to scene now. As you can see, the road on the left is begin made. The main road has been repaired. It was in bad shape last time.
More trucks and dumpers can be seen now running on the road. Almost all the builders have started the construction again.
What I want to show you is, the construction has started again and you can see in this, lots of land has been recently dug.
The tractors and other vehicles are normal scenes on the road these days. Yes, the Noida Extension is a town in Construction. The road on the right side is being made fresh.
More construction. The builders premises can be seen in this.
The farthest points are visible and the mid way is greener than ever now.
More builders and their offices are opened again and are doing routine work these days.
This road leads to Crossing Republic. You can see the towers of Crossings Republic in far end.
The road was in bad shape during the last rainy season. It is much better now.
On my left and ahead just before Crossings Republic is the famous village named ShahBerry.
As you can see the in the images above, the confidence of both buyers and builders have come back as the issues have been nearly resolved among the farmers. There have been several cases in the courts. It is good to see that place is active again.
