Clash of the Titans raises few fundamental questions about God and the world. It raises the questions but does not answer them.  The movie Clash of the Titans has Anti-God theme and goes on the line that Gods are out there to create trouble and arouse the feeling of fear in the humans so that humans learn to respect and worship them. Complete movie goes on towing the line which makes few God angry and the elements who are just there to take advantage.

It may be true that movie reveals the design of the Gods and Evil both working for each other so that both can co-exist.
